Terms and Conditions
You must provide your
full name, address, phone number and e-mail
address when placing a bid via email.
You are responsible
for all shipping and insurance costs.
All sales are subject
to New Jersey 6% sales tax to New Jersey
residents, unless you are a Tax Exempt dealer
or if the item is being shipped out of the
state of New Jersey. If you are a
dealer you must supply a copy of your Tax
Exempt Certificate and complete Form ST-3 if
your package is being shipped within the
state or picked up from with in the state of
New Jersey.
All items are sold
AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no expressed or implied
warranties. While the Auctioneers,
Staff and Owner of the Auction make every
effort to describe items as accurately as
possible, there are no guarantees as to the
genuineness, provenance, material content,
age, authenticity, defect, repairs or
restoration of any item. You are bidding on
the item AS-IS.
Bidders are
responsible for asking questions prior to
bidding on items. If you have any
doubts or unanswered questions, please do not
leave a bid on the item.
All Bids must be
submitted no later than 9pm EST the day
before the sale by phone or e-mail. All
bids are legally binding and once executed
are not retractable. Bidder will have
until Midnight EST the day before the sale to
make bid retractions. Bid retractions
can be done by e-mail or by phone.
All 'on-line'
bidders must secure their bids with a valid
major credit card. The credit card will
not be billed unless you want to pay for you
purchase with it or if we do not receive
payment from you within 1 week from date of
contacting you of your successful bid.
There is a 10%
Buyer's Premium charge on all successful bids.
Payment methods
accepted are Cashiers Check, Approved
Personal or Business Check, Master Card, Visa
and American Express
